Jordan Thompson realized the power of collaboration early in his career while expanding his personal brand across diverse markets. Witnessing his close friends—skilled in DJing, MCing, and production—struggle under companies that offered little compensation, Jordan saw a unique opportunity. THE SET was born from the idea that by coming together, a group of hardworking creatives could achieve more than they ever imagined independently, capturing the true value of their contributions without intermediaries.
